NEHU Students' Union Demand Removal of VC Prof PS Shukla

The administration of the North-Eastern Hill University in Meghalaya, seems be in shambles with protest after protest plaguing the once-prestigious university. Amidst mounting pressure demanding for the immediate removal of Vice Chancellor Prof PS Shukla, the NEHU Students’ Union today have demanded the removal of several key administrative officials, including the Registrar, Deputy Registrar besides others. Staging a protest outside the office of the Vice-Chancellor, NEHUSU demanded the removal of the Registrar, Deputy Registrar (Academics), Officer on Special Duty, Director of the College Development Council, and the Guest House In-Charge.
