NIPF And ZORO Protest Centre’s Decision To Fence The Indo-Myanmar Border
The Central Government’s decision to construct border fencing along the Indo-Myanmar border continues to be met with stiff opposition and widespread concern among communities living along the border in Northeast region. Civil groups from Nagaland and Mizoram, including the Nagaland Indigenous Peoples Forum and Zo Reunification Organisation have strongly condemned the central government’s decision to construct border fencing along the Indo-Myanmar border in Manipur’s Tengnoupal, Chandel, and Churachandpur districts.
