Taking to X , Sharma shared a screenshot of the email sent by the applicant. In the email, the student expressed gratitude for the offer but explained that leaving IIT at this point in his life was not the right decision. “I want to at least complete one or two more years here. This is my final decision. It won’t change,” the student wrote, emphasizing that the decision was not financially motivated.

“You honestly pay very little, Ishan. Some of your previous editors were my friends, and they quit to join my team for better pay,” one user claimed.
