Terming all allegations leveled by Congress regarding ongoing road constructions as baseless and politically motivated, Arunachal Deputy Chief Minister Chowna Mein said that all actions of ruling BJP government in the state led by chief minister Pema Khandu are totally transparent.

Mein said that the eviction drive against illegal building structures within 30 meters of the Right of Way (RoW) of the four lane Trans Arunachal Highway in Itanagar will be carried out as per schedule.

He added that following the state cabinet’s decision on October 8, the Itanagar Capital Complex administration through the EAC cum Estate Officer Itanagar has already issued eviction notification on October 12 and the evictions will commence soon.
