Ashim Das, who allegedly committed fraud worth crores through fake work orders from the Assam Secretariat, has reportedly made several big revelations during police interrogation. Ashim Das and Devprakash Bhagwati arranged meetings with representatives of companies from other states inside the Secretariat and handed over fake work orders and duped them of crores of rupees. Police have arrested Minister Jogen Mohan’s PS Manmath Das and peon Prafulla Deka, who helped these fraudsters to enter the Secretariat.
