A youth identified as Promit Kumar Reang, was critically injured in a wild bear attack while working in a remote jhum farm area.

In an instance of escalating man-animal conflict in Tripura, a youth identified as Promit Kumar Reang, was critically injured in a wild bear attack while working in a remote jhum farm area. The incident occurred a day ago in Dasda block under the Kanchanpur sub-division in North Tripura, close to the Mizoram border.
