Meghalaya DCM Prestone Tynsong Flown to Delhi for Treatment

He was admitted to the hospital on Monday after he suddenly fell ill and was diagnosed with small subdural haemorrhage
Meghalaya Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong was today flown to Delhi for further medical treatment.
Tynsong had been admitted to Nazareth Hospital on Monday evening under the neurosurgery department, following a small subdural haemorrhage (bleeding in the area between the brain and the skull).
He was admitted at the ICU but was stable and conscious. According to a health bulletin released on Wednesday, the government said that DCM Tynsong left for Delhi for further medical treatment.
A veteran politician of the state, 58-year old Tynsong has been a Congress politician till 2017 when he quit Congress to join National People’s Party (NPP).
Tynsong has been the Lyngkyrdem MLA 2003 and 2008 and has been representing Pynursla since 2013.
