Today the two other rapists of the sensational Dhing gangrape case would be produced before a local court. This comes after the two remaining rapists, who had been on the run for a period of 15 days, surrendered themselves to the police yesterday evening. The two accused rapists, identified as Faridul Islam and Golap Uddin. As per reports, the two rapists had first sought refuge at Morajhar in Hojai district and then fled to Dimapur in neighbouring Nagaland. Finally after prolonged manhunt, both the rapists are now in the clutches of the police. Noteworthy is that other rapist identified as Tafajjul, who had been arrested right after the sensational gangrape incident, drowned in a pond while trying to escape police custody.
