The Manipur Government has invited the Manipur university teachers association for fresh talks after MUTA president I Tomba said that the teachers body would be more than willing to talk to the government if invited for talks.
The MUTA president made the remark in the show Northeast Tonight hosted by Northeast Live editor in chief Wasbir Hussain.
Northeast Live has learnt that the MUTA has accepted the CM’s offer for talks.
A four-member delegation of the MUTA including president I Tomba who made the initiative in the show Northeast Tonight with Wasbir Hussain will attend the meet with CM tomorrow.
In fact the MUTA delegation will place all the development of the talks with the CM in its general body meeting to be held at 1.30 tomorrow.
