The Sivasagar police has filed the chargesheet in connection with the twin brutal gangrape and murder cases in moving trains within a span of 24 hours on July 11.

The 12 page chargesheet was filed before the Nazira sub-divison judicial magistrate court.

Earlier, a 21 year old college student and a 48 year old woman was raped and strangulated to death in moving trains by Bikash Das and his associate Bipin Pandey.
