Two bikers on way to Nagaland from Assam falls into deep gorge, dies

The deceased have been identified as Akash Goala and Dipjyoti.
In a tragic road mishap, two youths died after their two-wheeler plunged into a very deep gorge in Assam’s Jorhat district on Friday night.
The incident took place in Changki near Mariani in Jorhat district.
As per inputs, the two youth were en-route to Nagaland when the biker lost control of the two-wheeler, resulting in the loss of their lives.
The deceased have been identified as Akash Goala and Dipjyoti.
After receiving the information, police rushed to the area and recovered the bodies.
Further investigation is underway.
Earlier, on May 22, at least 34 people were injured when the bus they were travelling in met with an accident. The major road mishap took place at Aynakhal area in Assam’s Hailakandi district.
