Ahead of the last phase of Lok Sabha elections, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma is a busy man as he was seen today campaigning in Odisha. Amidst campaigning, the Assam CM said that by the fifth phase, it has become certain as to who is winning the elections. Here he said that by the last phase, the BJP will cross the 400 seat mark that they are targeting.
