Lok Sabha Polls: Tripura CM Manik Saha’s roadshow reportedly stopped by West Bengal Police

Tripura CM said, police stopped the roadshow saying that they do not have the permission to go ahead.
Tripura CM Manik Saha was leading the Roadshow for the BJP’s South Kolkata candidate, Debashree Chowdhury when it was allegedly stopped. Speaking on the incident, the Tripura CM said, police stopped the roadshow saying that they do not have the permission to go ahead. However the CM added they had only just started the roadshow after taking all necessary permission and clearances from the authorities. He added this just goes to show that jungle raj is prevailing in Bengal. Can’t Opposition leaders hold election Campaigns Manik Saha questioned.
