A major controversy has erupted in Sikkim after the ruling Sikkim Krantikari Moracha organized an interactive session with college students from across the state, at Manan Kendra in Gangtok last evening. As per reports, after the event, hundreds of students were left stranded at the venue late in the night. Allegedly, no food and water arrangements were made for the students some of whom had exams the next day.

On the other hand, the BJP and the SDF have targeted the SKM on the incident. BJP MP Candidate D. C Nepal along with two other BJP leaders have even lodged an FIR against the organizers of the event.
