The annual boat racing festival was held in Tripura’s Melaghar yesterday.

Hundreds of fishermen took part in the colourful event. The race was flagged off by Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb.

The race signifies the excellent team spirit, integration and amity of people. The event was held in the middle of Rudrasagar Lake and was attended by a large number of people.
