Three members of a family including a one year old child were killed in a devastating fire at Sualkuchi in Assam. The deceased have been identified as 75 year old
Three members of a family including a one year old child were killed in a devastating fire at Sualkuchi in Assam.
The deceased have been identified as 75 year old Lohit Kakoti, his 32 year old daughter Kabita Kakoti Mahanta and her one year old child Mayukh Dev Mahanta.
It is suspected that a short circuit might have triggered the fire that soon engulfed the apartment they were living in.
Meanwhile, three other family members identified as Juri Kakoti, Anupama Kakoti and Shaan Das sustained injuries in the incident.
