Police in the meantime is aggressively working on the case to find out the truth
Sensation prevails in Assam’s Nalbari district after a mother and her minor son were found dead inside their residence. It is suspected that both of them were poisoned to death. The deceased identified as Kabita Haloi and her son Hrishikesh were found lying in a bed.
Surprisingly, deceased Kabita’s husband Jagadish Haloi has been missing ever since the incident came to light.
The most sad part is that Hrishikesh had celebrated his 15th birthday yesterday.
Police in the meantime is aggressively working on the case to find out the truth.
One of the locals said, “One of their relatives had come saying that both Kabita and her husband were inaccessible. Their gate was locked and the mobile phones were found to be switched off. We tried to find out what has happened and call them from outside. Jagadish’s 2-wheeler was spotted outside an eatery, but the 4-wheeler was still at home. We had doubts that Kabita and her child are inside, and then one of us looked inside through a ventilator and saw 2 persons lying on the bed. We are wondering as to what led to such an incident.”
However, only probe will reveal if it is a case of murder.
