One youth has been arrested for sexually harassing a woman on a night super bus.
The youth identified as Noor Islam had allegedly sexually harassed a married woman on the bus which was travelling from Namsai in Arunchal Pradesh to Guwahati.
Later the bus was stopped at National Highway No. 37 at Demow where the woman physically assaulted the youth over the matter.
Based on the woman’s complaint, Noor Islam has been handed over to the police. Islam is a resident of Assam’s Goalpara district.
