He urged the members of his party to unitedly fight in order to socially isolate the RSS-led BJP.

Former Chief Minister of Tripura, Manik Sarkar on Thursday slammed the BJP accusing it of misusing the Enforcement Directorate (ED) and even using the name of Lord Ram to win elections.

Sarkar delivered a passionate address at Agartala Town Hall during the celebration of Russian communist leader Vladimir Ilyich Lenin’s death centenary year celebrations.

He urged the members of his party to unitedly fight in order to socially isolate the RSS-led BJP.

Further addressing the recent shift in the INDIA coalition due to Nitish Kumar’s return to the BJP, Sarkar expressed confidence on the resilience of a united opposition. He said that Nitish Kumar returning to his old camp is not going to affect the prospect of INDIA alliance.

The CPIM Politburo further attacked the BJP stating that the party before every election makes big promises. However, they have not kept any of the promises during its last ten years’ rule.

Misusing ED and god Ram exploitation reflects BJP uncertain of winning election, Nitish’s departure doesn’t diminish INDIA’s strength, Sarkar stated.

He anticipated a repetition of unfulfilled commitments in the upcoming interim budget, cautioning that the people of India won’t be swayed by false assurances during the parliamentary elections.

Sarkar emphasized the readiness of the electorate for change, asserting that the upcoming elections will be a testament to the people’s desire for accountable and transparent governance.
