People without both doses of vaccine would also not be able to travel in trains, aeroplanes or buses.
It is to be noted that Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma had earlier this month appealed to the people to get vaccinated with both doses by January 15.
He had also announced that all government employees who are yet to take both doses would not get their salaries. Such people would only be allowed to enter hospitals to get treatment.
Meanwhile, fresh notification has been issued at all shopping malls, restaurants and commercial establishments in Assam.
Now anybody wanting to enter any shopping mall would have to produce the certificate of having taken both doses.
