However, it can be a motivation for NEUFC to improve as they go up against SC East Bengal at the Fatorda Stadium today.

The Red and Goal squad too has seen better days, SC East Bengal remains at the bottom of the league table. Bengal has lost 3 of their last match and shared points in another 3 encounters. This match between the two bottom-placed teams will be crucial for the respective sides to rise higher if they hope to make it to the playoffs.

Head Coach, Khalid Jamil said injuries of key players have affected the team this season and he has not been able to put his desired squad. Further, he added, that the team has a positive approach towards the next game and will secure the 3 points.

Aussie Defender Patrick Flottmann, who had just joined the league this season said, he has learned a lot from Coach Khalid and is looking forward to the upcoming matches.
