The Konyak Nyupuh Sheko Khong (KNSK) took to the streets in Nagaland’s Mon district on Saturday seeking justice for the 15-year-old victim of the Aboi rape case.
Members of the Konyak Union, Konyak Students Union, Eastern Nagaland Women Organization besides others also expressed their solidarity and joined the protest rally.
The protesters marched through the streets and handed over a memorandum to the Mon Deputy Commissioner. The KNSK has sought for fast track investigation into the case and adequate compensation for the victim.
