The opposition Naga People’s Front Legislature party held a crucial meeting in Kohima today on the Naga Political Issue.
Talking to Northeast Live after the crucial meet, leader of Opposition TR Zeliang said that the agenda of the meet was to discuss how to take the Naga Political issue forward.
Zeliang added that the NPF is willing to work with the state government on the Naga Political issue if the latter is sincere in its approach.
Zeliang informed that the meeting of the Core Committee meet on the Naga issue which was earlier scheduled to be held on 19 June has been postponed 8th July.
Zeliang stated that the party’s main objective is to select the members from each political party headed by the Chief Minister and to meet the top leaders of the Nation including Prime Minister Modi to take things forward.
