Bangladesh High Commissioner to India Muhammad Imran called on Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb on Tuesday.

The Bangladesh High Commissioner met the Tripura Chief Minister at his office chamber and held talks on strengthening the Indo-Bangla relations. He said that the relations between both the countries are quite good and more efforts are being given to better the bilateral ties.

CM Biplab Deb taking to Twitter wrote, “Held a fruitful meeting with Bangladeshi High Commissioner to India, H.E. Muhammad Imran today where we discussed the progress of various projects between the two nations in #Tripura Timely completion of these projects shall further strengthen India-Bangladesh relation @ihcdhaka.”

Imran arrived in Tripura yesterday. Today he visited some land custom centres and would be visiting the border areas to take stock of joint projects between both countries.
