Arunachal reports 9 fresh COVID-19 cases; tally at 148

Nine more cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Arunachal Pradesh, taking the state’s coronavirus count to 148 on Tuesday. Among the fresh cases, 6 cases were reported from worst-hit
Nine more cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Arunachal Pradesh, taking the state’s coronavirus count to 148 on Tuesday.
Among the fresh cases, 6 cases were reported from worst-hit Changlang district, 2 from Longding and one from Leparada district.
All patients had recently returned from other states — Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka and New Delhi. They were in quarantine at a state government facility and are asymptomatic.
Meanwhile, one patient was discharged from Covid Care Centre in Lohit and have been advised strict 14 days home quarantine.
The state now has 126 active cases, while 22 patients have recovered from the disease so far.
