Four new cases of COVID-19 have been reported in Mizoram on Tuesday, taking the total cases count to 121.

Out of 705 samples, 4 new cases were confirmed positive for coronavirus. The fresh cases include 1 Male, 3 Females aged between 24 to 30.

Three are returnees to the state from Delhi while one person has returned from Maharashtra.

All positive cases are from Aizawl District. They are asymptomatic and under quarantine.

According to the Department of Information and Public Relations (DIPR), Mizoram, “From 705 samples, 4 new COVID-19 cases (1 Male, 3 Females) confirmed on Monday night, taking the tally to 121 in Mizoram.

The total active cases now stands at 120, while one patient has recovered from the infection so far. No death due to the disease has been reported so far.
