The number of COVID-19 cases in Assam has crossed the 3,000-mark after 113 more positive cases were reported in the state on late Tuesday night.

With these, the total number of positive cases in the state has surged to 3,050.

Assam Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma tweeted,”113 new #COVID19+. 21 Hojai, 20 Udalguri, 17 Tinsukia, 16 Nagaon, 12 Barpeta, 9 Goalpara, 5 Bongaigaon, 4 Kamrup M, 3 D’garh, 2 Jorhat, 1 Chirang, 1 Karimganj, 1 Basistha, 1 MMCH.”
