Ten more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Manipur on Tuesday, taking the total number of cases in the state to 282. Of the fresh cases, 9 were reported
Ten more people have tested positive for COVID-19 in Manipur on Tuesday, taking the total number of cases in the state to 282.
Of the fresh cases, 9 were reported from Noney district and one from Kamjong district, a statement issued today by COVID-19 Common Control Room said.
All 10 had recently returned from Delhi, Kerala, Bengaluru and Mumbai and were staying in quarantine centres. They will be shifted to Covid Care facilities in Imphal.
Meanwhile, 6 persons undergoing treatment at RIMS were discharged after they tested negative for COVID-19. They will stay under home quarantine for 14-days.
Of the total COVID-19 cases, 218 are active and 64 people have recovered from the deadly disease.
