Forty more COVID-19 patients discharged in Assam

Forty more COVID-19 patients have been discharged from different hospitals in Assam on Tuesday, tweeted health minister Himanta Biswa Sarma.

The discharged patients include 12 from Golaghat district hospital, 18 from Silchar Medical College and Hospital (SMCH), 9 from Mahendra Mohan Choudhry Hospital (MMCH) in Guwahati and one from Dhemaji district hospital.

With this the number of discharged patients has increased to 324. While the State has reported total 1513 COVID-19 positive cases, currently there are 1182 active cases.
