Tripura registers one more COVID-19 positive case on Tuesday, taking the state tally to 155.

State Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb informed that a BSF official of 138th-Battalion in Dhalai district was found positive.

Biplab Deb said, samples of 710 civilians and BSF officials were sent for COVID-19 tests. Of those, 1 BSF official tested positive for the deadly virus.

All COVID-19 patients are under proper medication, team of experts are taking care of them, Deb added.

Biplab Deb tweeted, “Today in #COVID19 test among 710 civilians & BSF officials of 138th-Bn, Dhalai Dist, 1 BSF official found COVID-19 POSITIVE. All COVID-19 patients are under proper medication, team of expert Doctors are taking care of them. I pray for their speedy recovery.”
