The Assam Government has put in place an elaborate plan to facilitate entry of people from the state who are stranded outside.
Briefing media persons, Health Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma said those who want to return to the state can give a missed call at 7428159966, once following which they will get a link in their respective mobile numbers within 48 hours. ADGP’s GP Singh and Harmeet Singh will be the nodal officers to oversee the entire process.
Sarma added that those who have registered for benefits under Assam Care may not give missed call.
He further mentioned that anyone who want to travel on their own by private vehicles can mail at [email protected].
