Meghalaya to allow movement of citizens stranded in Northeast states from May 5

Meghalaya will permit the movement of state residents who are stranded in different parts of the Northeast.

The move will come into effect from May 5. Those stranded outside Meghalaya can register online at- meghalayaonline.gov.in/covid.

Helpline numbers have also been opened for the stranded state residents. The Helpline numbers are-81320-11037, 84330-38716, 97115-44148, 73385-50288. Registration will open from 9 AM – 8 PM.

Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma has officially confirmed this on his Twitter handle.
