The victims including two females and one male had moved to Mumbai for cancer treatment.
According to reports, the patients have been admitted to the Seven Hills hospital today.
All three have been staying at the Mizoram Bhawan in Mumbai. Earlier, one more person from the state had tested positive in Mumbai.
