
The health condition of the 28th COVID-19 positive case from Assam has further deteriorated and is stated to be very critical.
The patient’s oxygen saturation is decreasing at an alarming level and has been shifted to the Intensive Care Unit of the ICU for better monitoring. The patient is is admitted at the Silchar Medical College Hospital.
The 65-year-old #COVID19 positive patient from Hailakandi, who was the 28th person to test positive for the deadly virus in #Assam – critical, shifted to ICU of SMCH for better monitoring.

The health condition of the patient, who was admitted to the SMCH on Tuesday evening, initially was in a stable condition. However, his health condition started to worsen since last night.
The patient had attended the religious congregation at the Nizamuddin Markaz in Delhi and also has a travel history of visiting Jeddad in Saudi Arabia.
Meanwhile, 5 of his family members are being kept in a quarantine facility at Hailakandi.
