Nagaland Chief Minister Neiphiu Rio during his budget speech on Thursday stated that the resolution of the Naga political issue has been the PDA government’s top most agenda.
Rio said that even though the state is not a direct party to the ongoing negotiations, his government has committed to the people that it will play the constructive role of an active facilitator in the peace process.
Rio also urged all leaders and groups to be practical in their approach to ensure early solution.
