Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh is likely to visit New Delhi and approach the Home Ministry to resolve the border disputes with Nagaland in the areas between Tunjjoy village
Manipur Chief Minister N Biren Singh is likely to visit New Delhi and approach the Home Ministry to resolve the border disputes with Nagaland in the areas between Tunjjoy village in Senapati district of Manipur and Khezhakeno village of Phek district.
The Manipur Chief Minister is also likely to approach the Survey General of India for proper demarcation of boundary between both the States.
Meanwhile, The Manipur Assembly also unanimously resolved and reaffirmed to protect the Territorial integrity of the state.
The Assembly also re-affirmed its stand to not accept any change in the administrative set up in the State or setting up of an Autonomous Territorial Council as part of the solution to Naga Peace Talks.
