The Bill will be discussed in the Upper House from 2 pm onwards. A total of 6 hours have been allotted for discussion on the Bill in the Rajya Sabha.

Meanwhile, the Congress has issued a whip to its lawmakers in the Upper House to be present during tomorrow’s session.
Remember, the Bill was passed in the Lok Sabha late Monday night after a 12-hr long heated and polarizing debate with 311 against 80 votes.
