A huge quantity of drugs worth over Rs 5 crore have been seized along National Highway 102 or the Imphal-Moreh road by Anti-smuggling Unit of Imphal Customs Division.
A large number of Amphetamine tablets or the World is Yours (WIY) tablets along with heroin have been seized.
As many as 40,000 WY tablets and 708 grams of heroin concealed in 59 soap cases have been seized. One person has been arrested in connection with the seizure.
