The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) has once again reiterated its opposition to the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, a revised version of which, is all set to be introduced in the winter

The Khasi Students’ Union (KSU) has once again reiterated its opposition to the Citizenship (Amendment) Bill, a revised version of which, is all set to be introduced in the winter session of the Parliament by the Centre.

The KSU has said that they will continue to oppose the Bill, regardless of the consultations between the Home Ministry and the stakeholders.

The Khasi Students’ Union, which is a constituent of the NESO said that they will their launch agitation against the Bill from November 18.
