The first session of talks between the NSCN-IM and Government of India interlocutor ended at 1:30 pm today in New Delhi. A second session of talks is currently underway.

The crucial round of Naga Peace talks between Government of India & NSCN-IM began at 11 am. Centre’s interlocutor RN Ravi is holding deliberations with the 15-member NSCN-IM delegation; perhaps for one last time to end the deadlock over the contentious issue of a separate Naga flag and constitution and seal the final deal.

On Wednesday both sides held third round of talks in the past 3 days but the meet ended without any conclusion. It may be mentioned that all rounds of talks have remained inconclusive as of now.
