Apprehensions over the Naga Peace Talks are running high in Manipur, people in the state’s Churachandpur district have started stocking essentials sensing protests in the days to come.
At a time when the political parties and civil society bodies in the state are in a huddle tracking every move relating to the peace talks, people in Churanchandpur were seen lining up in front of shops and petrol pumps gearing up for any eventuality.
It may be mentioned that Manipur is on the edge over the possible developments related to Naga Peace Talks.
And fears over the outcome of the peace talks has also created fear among the people of the Imphal valley.
