The Itanagar bench of the Gauhati High Court has ordered for reconduct of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Combined Competitive Preliminary examination 2017.
The court’s ruling came after a petition was filed alleging anomalies in the conduct of the examinations.
Another petition was filed alleging that candidates who had cleared the prelims were prevented from appearing in the Mains examination.
Considering the two petitions, the court also directed the Vice-chancellor of the Rajib Gandhi University to constitute a 5-member committee to examine the irregularities alleged in the two writ petitions in the conduct of the Arunachal Pradesh Public Service Commission.
