At least 3 students drown in Brahmaputra river in Chandrapur

A major tragedy has been reported from Guwahati’s Chandrapur, where at least 3 college students have been feared drowned in the Brahmaputra river. The 3 students, all from Chandrapur College

A major tragedy has been reported from Guwahati’s Chandrapur, where at least 3 college students have been feared drowned in the Brahmaputra river.

The 3 students, all from Chandrapur College have been identified as Trishna Kalita, Bhargab Deka and Ranjan Deka. Meanwhile, among the 3 dead, the body of Ranjan Deka has been retrieved.

The NDRF and the SDRF have launched a massive search operation to fish out the bodies of the other two missing students.
