After hectic politicking this election season, Prime Minister Narendra Modi undertakes two-day visit to Uttarakhand beginning on Saturday to pay obeisance at the Himalayan shrines of Kedarnath and Badrinath.
Dressed in a traditional pahari outfit, Modi offered prayers at the temple’s shrine. He will offer prayers at Badrinath on Sunday.
This is the fourth visit of Prime Minister Modi to the Himalayan shrines where he will also review the development and reconstruction work.
According to the committee related to the management of the temple, this visit will be even more special because Prime Minister Modi will be reviewing all the works throughout the day.
