BJP’s mascot for the ensuing Lok Sabha elections Prime Minister Narendra Modi gave a thrust to his party’s campaign on Wednesday in Arunachal Pradesh after he arrived in the frontier state for the second time within a span of 3 days.

Drumming up support for Tapir Gao who is in the fray from Arunachal East Lok Sabha seat by addressing a mega rally in Pasighat, Prime Minister Modi did not miss the opportunity to slam the Congress when he alleged that the sole objective of the party is to concentrate and secure its vote bank politics by keeping the burning issues at bay.

Prime Minister Modi escalated his attack on the Congress and charged the party for siding with Anti-nationalist elements by proposing to amend the Sedition law if voted to power.

While asserting that the BJP had bridged all gaps and brought governance to the peoples doorsteps, Modi said that the Congress never valued the people of Arunachal Pradesh and the Northeast as well.

Highlighting the Centre’s development push during his tenure, Modi said that he dared to face challenges and overcoming them.

The Prime Minister also expressed his gratitude as he said that the rapid progress and development was an outcome of people’s faith on his leadership.
