In yet another jolt to the Congress in Assam, senior Congress leader and former Lok Sabha MP from Guwahati – Kirip Chaliha has received a proposal from the AGP to join its ranks and is considering to switch sides.
Kirip Chaliha while speaking exclusively to Northeast Live said that he is prepared to join the AGP to develop regional forces in Assam as well as contest election as an AGP Candidate.
