Former BSF jawan Gyanendra Rajkhowa who was shot at by the police after he injured as many as 4 voters near a polling station in Golaghat, has succumbed to his injuries at the hospital.
4 persons sustained grievous injuries after Gyanendra Rajkhowa attacked them with a machete near a polling station while voting for the Panchayat Polls was underway.

Police said they fired at the legs of the former BSF trooper, after he attacked some voters.
Gyanendra after being shot at was being immediately rushed to the hospital. But later he succumbed to his injuries.
