Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Chamling inaugurated the new Secretariat building in Gangtok today. The new secretariat building replaces the historic Tashiling Secretariat which was damaged by the powerful 2011 earthquake
Sikkim Chief Minister Pawan Chamling inaugurated the new Secretariat building in Gangtok today.
The new secretariat building replaces the historic Tashiling Secretariat which was damaged by the powerful 2011 earthquake that caused widespread destruction in the state.
The building was constructed at an estimated cost of Rs 264 crore.
