A 60-year-old man has been accused of sexually abusing a 11 year old girl in Rangpo town of Sikkim. The man, identified as Ganga Darjee has been booked under the
A 60-year-old man has been accused of sexually abusing a 11 year old girl in Rangpo town of Sikkim.
The man, identified as Ganga Darjee has been booked under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
The father of the victim informed the police about the incident. Due to fear the victim revealed the ordeal to her mother only after the accused left her house.
Darjee, the accused, a self claimed sadhu, lived on rent in a house near the victim’s place.
