In yet another river tragedy reported from the region, a private vehicle tumbled into river Teesta in Sikkim killing one and injuring three persons aboard.
The Sikkim registered vehicle, a Mahindra Scorpio numbered SKO4 P 1296 keeled off into the river early Friday morning killing the driver of the vehicle on the spot.
According to reports, the vehicle was on its way from Gangtok to Siliguri before the accident took place.
